Doing your literature review: a few links

During one of my training sessions about doing a literature review, I mentioned that there is a lot of information online for those who want to know more about that process.
Back at my desk, I double checked and came up with a list of some interesting resources.
If you too are working on a literature review, you might want to check some of those out:

Specialised blogs:

I very much like those because they have lots of different posts on different aspects of the subject and are usually very pleasant to read.
Pick one and check it out!
It takes the point of view of someone writing their literature review for their PhD thesis, but it's still absolutely relevant wherever you are in your studiees.
You might especially want to start there: http://www.literaturereviewhq.com/getting-started/
  • And finally, also with a PhD point of view, scroll down this page to have a look at the section called "On Academic Literature and Literature Review” > http://jameshaytonphd.com/everything/

University Guides:

Those guides have been created by different universities around the UK.

Videos:

Because YouTube is always full of interesting content, even on academical topics!
  • And finally, just because it's fun: Grant Man's episode on the literature review (5 min):
